Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Reverie. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a purchase on reveriewellness.co (the "Site"), you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.


All Sales Are Final

Due to the consumable nature of our dietary supplement products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with results, or any reason other than the limited exceptions described below.

We encourage you to review product descriptions, ingredients, and usage directions carefully before purchasing.


Exceptions — When We Will Make It Right

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a product that falls into any of the categories below, we will provide a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method, at your choice:

Defective Products. The product arrived with a manufacturing defect, such as a broken seal, missing contents, or compromised packaging that affects the product.

Damaged in Shipping. The product was damaged during transit — crushed, leaking, or otherwise compromised by the shipping process.

Expired Products. The product arrived past its expiration date or with fewer than 60 days remaining before expiration at the time of delivery.

Wrong Product. We shipped a product that is different from what you ordered.

These are our errors, and we will correct them at no cost to you.

We reserve the right to request additional documentation and to limit remedies in cases of excessive or suspected fraudulent claims. We may require photographic evidence, return of the product at our expense, or other reasonable verification before issuing a remedy.


How to Report a Problem

If you receive a defective, damaged, expired, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging showing the problem

We aim to respond within 2 business days. If we determine the product qualifies under the exceptions above, we will either ship a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund to your original payment method — your choice.


Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are subject to the same all-sales-final policy. Please note:

Cancellation is not the same as a refund. Cancelling your subscription prevents future charges but does not generate a refund for orders already shipped.

To cancel your subscription and avoid future charges, log into your account portal or contact us at hello@reveriewellness.co at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal date.

If a subscription shipment arrives defective, damaged, expired, or incorrect, the exceptions above apply — contact us within 7 days of delivery for that shipment.


Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us at hello@reveriewellness.co before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving legitimate product issues fairly and promptly.

If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to contest it with documentation of your purchase, your agreement to these Terms and this all-sales-final policy, and any relevant communications.


Store Credit

In certain situations at our sole discretion, we may offer store credit as a goodwill gesture. Any store credit issued:

  • Does not expire.
  • Is non-transferable.
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law).
  • May be applied to any future purchase on the Site.

Store credit is not guaranteed and is offered at our discretion only.


Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund and Return Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
