Thank you for shopping with Reverie. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle shipping for orders placed through reveriewellness.co (the "Site").
1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3-4 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. During promotional periods or high-demand times, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Processing times are estimates and may vary. We will notify you if there is a material delay in processing your order.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order:

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance, weather, holidays, and other factors outside our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the items in your cart. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time — any free shipping thresholds or promotions will be clearly displayed on the Site.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active.
6. Subscription Shipments
Subscription orders are processed and shipped automatically according to your selected billing cycle (every 30, 90, or 180 days). Subscription shipments follow the same processing times and shipping methods as one-time orders.
If you need to update your shipping address for future subscription shipments, please update your address in your account portal or contact us at hello@reveriewellness.co at least 48 hours before your next renewal date to ensure the change applies to your next shipment.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may be subject to additional shipping charges. If a package is returned as undeliverable and destroyed by the carrier, we may offer a reship at a reduced rate or issue a partial refund at our discretion, depending on the circumstances.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping, please contact us at hello@reveriewellness.co within 7 days of the carrier's estimated delivery date shown in your tracking information. Please include your order number, tracking number, and any relevant details or photos.
We will work with the carrier to investigate and will either reship your order or issue a refund at our discretion, based on the results of the carrier's investigation. Carrier investigations typically take 5-15 business days. We will update you on the outcome and any remedy.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft or loss at the delivery location. We encourage customers to use a secure delivery address.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
